Planks on the bed, planks are a good exercise for building a stable core, and doing it on an unstable surface makes it even more challenging. Side planks are a killer. emoticon

  • Great idea. I never thought of doing planks on the bed...but will try this one and will also add side planks to my routine. Currently, I do 45 seconds of normal planks and 30 seconds on a bosu ball (killers!) - by SSGAVIN
