Start A Sparkteam



Invite your friends, neighbors, coworkers or clients to meet weekly to get healthier. Set and report on Fast Break and other goals. In my group of 6 people, I'm the only one who uses the computer. But the other 5 use the printed meal plans and grocery lists. I present a topic each week based on a Spark article or two. So, even though I planned for a SparkTeam on the computer that has not materialized, every team member lost weight in January, and I'm back to my happy weight! It helped all of us!
