Just Keep Moving!



When I am doing something like washing my hands or brushing my teeth I walk in place, do calf raises, or simply just bounce. It's little spurts of activity that can add up. Being sure to do a certain number of calf raises while brushing your teeth also ensures you are brushing long enough.

    Good point we cannot all be super fit hunks but any movement to start is a help I am very over weight and have done light exercise and walking and its working - by IGSSOUTH
