Oatmeal For Breakfast



I start every day with breakfast! Most mornings I have Quaker Oatmeal - High Fiber and a 1/2 cup orange juice. The oatmeal gives me almost 1/2 of the fiber I need for the day and keeps me full all morning. Sometimes I sprinkle on some blueberries and then I've fulfilled 2 fruit requirements as well! A great start to my day emoticon

    I have had oatmeal for breakfast the last several days. Each day I have found myself still too full to really eat anything 6-8 hours later!! Love Oatmeal! - by GRETCHYM
