  • I do this too. Squats while waiting for my glass to fill up with water. Lunges while my coffee is brewing. Wall sits while brushing my teeth. Where-ever I can squeeze in a couple more exercises. The trick is to start moving as soon as you get up and not stop all day. - by STRRRETCH23

  • Hi to everyone, thanks for the new ideas. I drink alot of water and have to go to the restroom alot so I have been doing 5 squats and alternate the next time with 5 pushups against the sink. I usually end up doing 20 to 25 of each a day. emoticon - by CUTEKITTENS
