Notice What Works For You, Plan For Temptation



Keep track (in blog or journal form) what worked for you the previous day. Think through what temptations you might come across later in the day and write out how you can set yourself up to overcome them.

Ex. If you think you might not be motivated to make dinner when you get home, plan to put out all your pots, pans and utinsils that you will need to make dinner before you leave for work.
