Secrets of Success




I put exercise in my planner, like a meeting or an appointment. This really motivates me to get it done and be able to cross it off of my list. Plus when other things come up you have already have that time set aside and planned into your schedule.

  • I agree! It also lets others in your life know that you are unavailable during that time. I gfet off work at 2 in the afternoon and have a gym here that I use. My family knows that this is workout time, so they don't expect me to be available until after 3. - by REDEEMEDCHILD
  • I do this as well, and I like to give myself a little sticker on days that I work out - kind of a throw backto being a kid in school and being rewarded for a good job! ;) - by TWOSTICKS
