Sesame Seeds



The seeds are high in magnesium, calcium, fiber and protein. This little seed helps stabilize blood sugar, lowers cholesterol and High blood pressure. Known also to strengthen the immune system. Use in salads, brown rice and Dreamfield's pasta.
