Never Look Backwards!! This is a life lesson!! Lot's wife looked back and nothing good came out of it!! Don't worry about yesterday only take care of today. (this minute) If you did screw up it doesn't matter . The only thing that matters is right now!! Go forward!! Don't look backwards!!

    You're right Catherine2010. We should stop beating ourselves up over things we can't change anyway. Once and for all, put those things behind us, forgive ourselves, and begin again to move forward, always keeping our eyes on the prize that is yet before us ... that of a healthier lifestyle and trimmer bodies.
