Be Prepared!



I find that if I eat the same thing for breakfast everyday, I do better with sticking to my healthy eating. It does away with having to make a decision about what to eat and prevents me from just grabbing anything. I don't seem to get bored with my choices but I do switch it up now and then but I always keep my choice on hand and ready to use. Oatmeal is a good option that can be eaten on a daily basis and changed up by using fruit as a topping.
