Packing Lunch And Dinner On Long Work Days



I have a work schedule which gets me home at 7 or later each day...meaning I wasn't eating dinner until 8pm. Often I would find myself ravenous when I got home and would easily fill my dinner plate with huge portions. Now I pack both lunch AND dinner before I leave for the day. I eat dinner before I leave work, come home, get some exercise in, and spend an hour of so of relaxing (tv, reading) before bed. I feel relaxed and satisfied and never over-eat in the evening anymore.
