Mismatched/old Socks

I never throw away socks. They are good to put on your hands or kids hands as a dust catcher. I like to use them to dust off electronics, air intakes, and anywhere that the kids can reach :) They also work well to use as a dry erase eraser.

More Information:

I keep my bag of socks on a hook under my kitchen sink so that they are handy.

    I take small socks and stick them into the larger socks. When the larger sock is full, I sew the end shut and make it into a stuffed toy by adding buttons for eyes, a few pieces of yarn for hair. Sometimes I sew a mouth with scraps of rickrack or I'll draw it on with a fabric pen. The kids love 'em and it doesn't take long to make. emoticon - by LBRANTLEY55

    KIVAMUSKOPF, I have a small laundry especially for rags and items like these socks. Although most of the time they are truly garbage after they are used for dusting and such. - by GIRLNEFFY
