Going The Distance



I have a habit of doing 30 minutes on cardio machines and stopping, even if I am not exhausted. Today, instead of setting the minutes for 30, I just chose quickstart and it automatically set for 60 minutes! I just said, "okay, one more interval, one more song, till the end of the commercial break, etc." until 60 minutes and 600 calories had passed! I won't be setting a time limit for myself anymore because I know it limits what I can really do! emoticon
