Add Nutrition Plus Natural Thickening



I add pureed beans (northern, chickpeas, etc.) to soups and it adds flavor, thickening, and nutrition.

  • When I make guacamole I add some shredded lettuce it. It doesn't change the texture and you get more veggie in your snack!

  • Also Flax Meal will thicken soups or any food for that matter and is very good for you. Put some in your oat meal too. - by CBEVNOW
  • I made a pot of Cannelli Bean & Roasted Corn Soup this afternoon and just happened to add a can of FAT FREE refried beans to it to thicken it up. The soup came out so nice and creamy.
    It was delicious if I say so myself.
