Size Does Matter



when it's time to dish up dinner/lunch or whatever it might be that your going to eat. Instead of a Plate, use a bowl. I find that it helps with portion control. Where a plate, doesn't. It just tells me To fill it up as much as possible.

  • I like this idea!! I also will set the table with salad plates, and not dinner plates. I have a one plate rule, no 2nds. So if I fill up my salad plate, that is it. If I have salad with my meal I do allow another dish- or bowl as I don't monitor the amount of veggies I eat (dressing yes, raw veggies no). So I am all about your bowl idea!!
