Buying snack items in bulk rather than pre-packaged 100 calorie sizes is cheaper and can be healthier. The trick though is to make sure you divide your snacks into snack bags or small containers when you get home from the store. Get out your food scale or measuring cups for the most accurate amounts. You can mix your favorite snacks together. Craisins and almonds or cereal are wonderful and make great snacks. It is important that you divide the bulk items or you might be tempted to snack from the bag!
