Act Like The Weight You Want To Be



I don't act like a heavy person trying to lose weight. I act like the weight I want to be, meaning I visualize what that person eats, how much they eat, and how they exercise. I consider the things they would or wouldn't do and act accordingly. It keeps my process forward thinking.

  • Totally agree! I carry myself with confidence in public, although I may not "really" feel that way all the time. When you carry yourself with confidence and have confidence in everything you do, people start to look at you but not b/c they are judging you but b/c they admire you. - by ORANGEAID2
