Sabotaging Thoughts Vs Positive Thoughts



Learn to replace sabotaging thoughts with positive ones.
i.e "I ate something bad this I might as well enjoy the rest of the day and start again tomorrow!" instead, think, "I messed up this morning but will make better choices for lunch & dinner"

  • This is a hard one for me. I am positive for other people but negative with myself. I find myself whining. I have to actually stop my thoughts, and reinforce my blessings to myself. I keep a gratitude journal and look back at photo/scrapbooks to affirm that my life is NOT the annoyance of the moment. - by JAYJAYBEE55
