Steam Fresh Veggies



I find a quick and easy way for me to make sure that I get my daily requirement of veggies in is to pack a bag of Steam Fresh veggies (broccoli and green beans are my favorites). Within 5-7 minutes it's ready to eat and that holds me over until lunch time. It also prevents me from overeating during lunch because I'm still partially full. emoticon emoticon emoticon
