Drink Coffee



I find that when I'm craving food or think that I'm hungry between meals, I make myself a cup of hot coffee (no sugar). The warm liquid takes away the cravings!

    This has been my strategy too, except I'll drink tea if it's after dinnertime. A splash of flavored coffee creamer in my evening tea makes a good replacement for a sugary dessert! - by NUMCRUNCH101
