Secrets of Success

Dry Mouth

Biotene Toothpaste helps dry mouth tremendously. I use Colgate Total in the AM and Biotene at night. They also have mouthwash, oral gel for nightime, and gum. The gel is great. Forget the gum it's expensive and Orbit sugar free does the same thing. Toothpaste is about 5.50 at Walmart.

More Information:

Not as thristy anymore since using the Biotene.

I like the 100 calorie instant oatmeal with a little sugar free syrup on top. It fills me up and is satisfying. I also always have sugar free jello made up ahead of time and will put on a little spray can fat free whip cream. If I need a crunch with flavor I will eat a dill pickle. Those are my cheats besides the popcorn someone else suggested. This gives me variety. - by PALKB15
