Brush Your Teeth



If I start 'craving' or wanting something that I know is not good for me to eat, I go brush my teeth if I am at home. And if I am out then I pop a piece of Mentos wintergreen gum. The mint taste from my toothpaste or the gum does not mix well with anything else and keeps my mouth busy so I'm not tempted to put something else in there.
