Secrets of Success

Best Pasta Choice

Dreamfield's Pasta has only 5 digestable carbs. I measure out 2 ounces and add Tuna or chicken, or Lawry's Spaghetti Sauce which has only 2grams of sugar and 6 grams of carbs. Freeze left over sauce.

More Information:

If you do not have a scale to weigh the pasta, take the Spaghetti noodles and measure them to about a size of a quarter.

  • Dreamfield's is a great improvement over "regular" pasta, but it still spikes my blood sugar more than Eden Foods 100% Buckwheat Soba Pasta (my favorite) and VitaSpelt pasta. - by DJLAYNE

  • Dreamfield got sued for false claims - they had to pay a fine of $8,000,000. This tip might need to be deleted after all these years..... - by KDGIRL
  • Spaghetti squash is awesome. Make a meat/veg sauce, fill the cooked half up with it and add little cheese, bake until the cheese melts and gets a little brown. Delish!!! - by JLSCHULZ123
  • Spaghetti squash is a wonderful substitute when seasoned properly, but great with turkey meatballs and sauce, lots of garlic depending on your taste for garlic. My husband never complains and he loves his pasta. emoticon - by VAFROMMERS
Spaghetti squash is really good with chicken parm. Evoo and a little salt and pepper. Roast it then shred it with a fork right in the skin. Add your cooked chicken parm on top and finish of in the oven. Very yummy! - by KMARLIN14
  • Watch the news concerning fact vs opinion for Dream-fields pasta. I have been using It also because of what they same about the carbs. I just received a letter on the 16th of this month stating that I could be a part of the lawsuit for false information coming from the makers of Dream-fields products if you have used the products in the past year up to the present time. I haven't gone on line to find out all the details yet but I'm curious as to what you have to produce to show that you have used the products. I don't have any boxes or grocery receipts showing that I've purchased their products. I do have some spaghetti and elbow macaroni in my cabinet now. So I will have to remember to hold on to he boxes if you need to send in a boxtop or whatever. I thought I was doing something great for myself by using the products and measuring it out carefully after cooking to make sure I'm consuming the right amount. • Tried the Miracle Noodles, could not eat the first bite. I really wanted to like them, but the texture reminded me of (what I THINK) biting into a live octopuss would be like. - by 1JOLLYPOLLY
  • might also consider either spaghetti squash or miracle noodles (the latter have 0 carbs) - by GEMINISUE
