As the queen of procrastinators I've begun to realize that I just have to remind myself "Just do It!" because if I wait until later, "Baby, it ain't gonna happen:( emoticon

I always feel so much better after I do my walk. It also shows up on the scales when I walk regularly:)

  • I find I need to frequently tell myself that. I rarely feel like doing it and the more I think about it, the more it gets put off (especially exercise). And I need to be reminded from time to time that I need to tell myself, "Just do it!". Once I take the first step, most of the time it becomes easier and continues to flow. - by DNJOYS
