  • I have never liked traditional breakfast food so learned to skip it when I began working at age 18, I am now 72 and still prefer to skip. I am a type II diabetic and need to loose weight so I am trying to eat 6 times a day because that has always helped me loose a few pounds because I am never hungry.
    For breakfast I have found Publix supermarket bakery has a 5 grain bread which I love so toast with no sugar jelly holds me until my 1st snack time. - by GERIMJ
