Healthy Chocolate Pudding



For a healthy chocolate pudding take 3tbls of chia seeds and 1 cup of chocolate milk or chocolate soy milk. Mix together and let sit for 40 min to an hour, stirring occassionally. It should come out to a tapioca-like texture.

You'll get calcium, fibre and omega-3.

Makes 2 servings and will keep in the fridge for a week (as if it would last that long!! LOL)
