Walk Out Of The Kitchen

When dinner is over, I walk out of the kitchen. I think of non-food things for a while, and do other things. Then later I can go back in, clean up, and plan for the next morning or pack my lunch for the next day. I'm not as likely to eat sweets. emoticon

I actually clean up everything in the kitchen that I can before we eat. Then I pack the lunches and freezer containers. This leave only enough food that is really needed. Then everyone puts their plates in the dishwasher and something in the refrigerator and we 'all' leave the kitchen really quick. - by MYRTLEBEACHWINS
I like this one; and it is a very good idea another good thing to do is to push back from the table and retreat to your room that is what I do and I have lost another 2 lbs. this week and I am in my size 14 jeans now. emoticon - by PILOTSGIRL1
  • You know you have made me appreciate my husband more--years ago we got into the routine of me cooking and him cleaning up afterward. I normally do leave the kitchen afterward and it has probably saved a lot of calories. Thanks for making me think more positively about him! - by FITFABME2
