Put Ham & Turkey into meal size portion into a zip seal bag dated & froze it. Only left out some for sandwiches today.
Desserts I sent home with folks and leftover. cut into 1/2 servings and sealed & frozen. (mine
Cleared it all out and now I don't have but my version of giblet gravy made with my own homemade stock (that had all fat removed, no gibbies don't like em)

  • I did this with the leftovers of a dinner party I had. I put the leftover food in handy containers and gave desserts to my guests to take home. Then I invited my daughter for dinner the next night and fed her and her boyfriend the leftovers. I then sent them home with the cheese, and desserts that call to me. No more temptations in my house. - by CATIEMARIE
