Balance Calories In Each Meal.



I like to balance my meals into about 300 calorie each meal, So if Istart off with a 300 breakfast plus a 300 calorie lunch/ 400 dinner thats about 1000. plus allowing myself about 2-3 150 calorie snacks throughout the day and night. I end up right around 1300-1500 calories a day within eating 5-6 times!

More Information:

I find that this is especially helpful in the times when I feel that I am hungry during the inbetween times of meals... If I wouldve had a 500 calorie breakfast it wouldve screwed me for the entire day and left myself starving.
