Just Decide And Go For It



I've "talked" about losing weight for a long time and suddenly, this summer, just decided to DO IT. So I track my food, do SOMETHING every day to exercise and don't make any excuses any more. I cannot tell you what changed except my determination. So--JUST DO IT!

  • The mental AHA moment helped me make changes this summer as well. I've hit a period of low motivation (after being sick) and part of what keeps me going when I don't feel like it is having a routine... stick to the commitment and when you see progress, your motivation will probably come back. - by DRB13_1
