I Eat Half My Calories During The Day And Save The Other Half For Dinner



It's much easier for me to control what I eat while I'm at work. I bring breakfast, lunch, and an afternoon snack every day. I try to keep this total amount of food below 750 calories, leaving 750 for dinner and possibly a small dessert. This works for me because then I can eat the same things as my husband and kids (within reason) without going over my daily allowance.

  • This is what I do! I'm glad i'm not alone! I can do great during the day but then i have 4 kids and a husband and by dinner I can blow a whole day in one meal if i'm not careful. I did 500-600 during the day and save the rest, and if i don't eat as much for dinner or have something easy and i don't use them all up then i can have a snac or dessert later, - by STEPHANIEF5
