Yoga In Bed



Have trouble getting down on the floor to do yoga poses (or sit ups, or push ups, etc.)? Or maybe you're like me and struggle to get up when you're done? No problem! You can do a lot of those exercises IN BED until you're strong enough to do them on the floor!

  • I do quite a few of my exercises on the bed. It doesn't work the muscles as well - but it's way better than not working them at all!

    I used to work at Curves and recommended this to our customers ALL THE TIME! Those who have lost a great deal of their mobility can begin their day with (even with cold muscles) by stretching -- reallllllllllllllllllllllly stretching - all muscles - before they even get out of the bed. Do it every day and within a MONTH you will notice a HUGE improvement in mobility! TRUE stuff! emoticon - by MELLIL
