Trick Yourself!



Usually when I work out I start to feel tired and ready to throw in the towel around fiveish minutes, so I just tell myself "just go until ten minutes and then see how it goes from there", by the time ten minutes rolls along I tell myself "just go until fifteen, it's only five minutes away." I keep doing this until I finish my workout and by that time I feel great and glad that I went so long!
