Best time of day to exercise is morning. You get up and do it and it's done! Something will always come up if you try to do it throughout the day.

    Today is my second day to do my exercises in the morning, and I feel so much better. I don't have to think about exercise later and get caught up with distractions and procrastination. - by SDAVENPOR
  • I agree that morning exercise is the best. It is too easy to get distracted or make excuses if I wait until later. I just have to push thru the morning stiffness and pain but then I always feel better when finished. - by SEDONACAT
