Spoil Yourself With Nutrients



I have now lost 55 pounds and I eat like a queen. I make sure that I get at least 15 different fruit and veggies in small quantities to eat.

More Information:

Soup is an easy way to reach this goal. Also instead of eating one fruit I eat a variety. I crave nothing because I have it all.
