Workout Classes Or On My Own? Both.



I belong to a fitness center. 3x/week I have classes: aqua yoga and stretch & flex for two, PiYo for the other. (Classes do not cost extra.) On M & W I work out on my own. This gives me ability to move at my own pace on core machines, walking the programs on the treadmill & elliptical and do free weights. I like the flexibility of doing some on my own.... helps with my motivation, too.

    I like the classes because you have the benefit of a fitness professional's expertise. I find that I work out all my muscles and more flexible. With a class, I am challenged in different ways and encourage by the group participation. - by MISSIONARYMARK
