Morning Exercise Routine



I am finding that morning exercise is motivational! I get up in the morning with my husband, get him off to work and then I walk SuzieQ. I bring her in the house and go for MY walk, come in, do 50 situps on the ab lounge and then go to the "quiet/exercise" room and do my strength training or a yoga DVD. I find I feel better during the day and my exercise has already been done so I can concentrate on other things during the day . . schooling emoticon I am slowly getting there . .
