I start the day with an egg white omelette filled with veggies, it's low calorie and gets me closer to my 6 a day count. It also keeps me well satisfied till noon.

  • Did the same thing this morning! Made a frittata for my SO with mushrooms, onions, peppers, egg whites and feta cheese. He coudld't even finish it all :) Next thing to find out is how long it keeps hunger at bay, and if it was OK for his blood sugar. - by KIMBERBAKOS
