No Whites Back To Basics



Cut out all whites from my diet. Example replaced white flour with almond or coconut flour. No white rice , bread. Organic cheese, milk, fruits and meats. No cold cereal only steel cut oats. No can soup,vegetables or fruit. I feel great and have lost 45 pounds in 5 months. I'm never hungry.

  • I just want to add I think SherryK5 means that organic cheese, milk, fruits, meats are ok. All the rest of the food she listed are to be eliminated. Canned/processed foods should be avoided if possible. At least try to buy no or low sodium and no added sugars. - by REEDSKI
  • I believe in cutting out whites and I do for the most part. Every once in a while, not often, I will have a "white". (flour, sugar, salt, rice, etc.)

    I do not eat processed cereal anymore. I used to eat Cheerios and I'd crave another bowl, another, and sometimes another. Forget about cereal with added sugar. I'd want to eat the whole box.
