  • I generally drink a 16 oz (2 glasses) glass of water before exercising in the AM, then have an 18 oz jug of water there while exercising - of which I drink about half, then have 16 oz of hot white tea on the way to work. That way I get at least 5 glasses of fluid- water before school starts. Making it easier to get the rest of my eight in throughout the day. - by CALIDREAMER76
