I remember looking through all the tools when I started SP and thinking it was kind of overwhelming. I dabbled here and there but I thought to myself "I could never do THAT". And yet over and over again the success stories had common themes. They logged their food. They exercised regularly. They walked or OMG they raced! They cut back on unhealthy foods. They drank more water. The more I read the more the impossilbe didn't seem so improbable. So I started very slowly doing like the pros

I made little feeble steps, made little changes. Before I knew it I was walking. I was logging. I was cutting back. I was doing weights. And the scale.... amazingly started slowly to move. Who knew?! I don't even remember doing all of it and yet here I am today more than 30 pounds lighter!
