1. Menu Plan Weekly - this will ensure you get balanced meals, & good nutrition; you can plan for 6-9 srvgs produce per day. Save calories & fat, increase nutrition.

2. With a weekly menu plan you can batchcook once a week. Save time.

3. With a weekly menu plan you only make ONE trip to the store. Save time, stress & MONEY!!

4. Use the extra time gained for physical fitness.

5. Weekly overview: preplan next week, including review of your goals, 5 sets of clothes, etc.

  • I think I am going to try this. I am having a hard time with meals. I am usually going under on calories and other things. I am trying to eat within my ranges, but am not planning so it is still not working out for me.
