Secrets of Success

Change Something!

Change something! Eat at a different calorie range, eat different combinations of foods. Change the intensity of how you exercise. Change the exercise. If you walk, jog for 15 seconds then walk 1 minute. If you run at a certain speed, increase the speed for 15 second intervals. Use the incline on the treadmill for 15 second intervals. If you like exercise DVDs, then buy a new one. Change is good. The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results.

I have been on a plateau for the last couple of months, I did notice when walked, I would walk faster and longer. There wasn't any change, however I didn't remove anything from what i was eating, after reading this thinking back, i added to it. so in short! i will remove 3 food items from my daily/weekly meals, and step it up a notch. thanks for the reminder!! change is usually a good thing:) - by 42DROPPING20
