Go Green, Tea That Is!!



Drink green tea on a regular basis, daily is best. Full of antioxidants and has been shown to help ward off heart disease and cancer. Additionally it may help with weight control since it induces thermogenesis ... and oxidizes fat!!

    I drink green tea everyday. I probably drink about 4-5 green tea each day. If you like it a bit sweeter - try stevia in it. This is good because you are getting you antioxidants and your water count for the day.
