  • FIBER WORKS BY ABSORBING MANY TIMES ITS OWN WEIGHT IN WATER..drink lots of water. Aim to eat 25 to 35 grams of fiber per day. Eat raw veggies, wholegrains, nuts or seeds, celery stixs, broccoli and beans, Cheerios, Original Shredded wheat, Fiber One which has 14 Grams of Fiber.
