  • I wish I was a morning person, but I have the hardest time dragging myself out of my bed.
    And I find out when I do want up earlier then normal...I'm exhausted by mid morning...thank goodness i work from home and can take little cat naps. - by COUNTRYNINJA
  • Initially it is difficult to get up early, but once up, you're up! You may as well hit the gym? I just started getting up at 4:45 so I could be to gym just after 5a. The key is setting all your stuff out the night before so you don't get bogged down in looking for this and that. I feel good getting my workout out of the way for the day!!:)
