Go that extra few minutes with EVERY activity, whether it be drinking water, walking in the grocery store, or doing laundry. Just move a little more & burn a few more calories. They ALL add up!!!

  • I read your comments a few weeks back and kept it in mind all day yesterday. I've been stuck at the same weight for over a month even keeping calories down and working out everyday.
    Yesterday I worked out really hard and kept myself busy in the house all day until I could not move anymore.
