Secrets of Success

I Learned This From Rachel Ray

Every time that we make the 150 mile round trip to ElPaso, we stop at a store and get a rotisserie chicken for dinner. After we finish the chicken, the carcass, and the removed skin go into a soup kettle, and the meat is boiled off the bones. We strain the bones, and the next morning, we cook some Fideo noodles in the REAL chicken broth, MMMMM GOOD!!! Brie
