Try a new activity for 5 weeks....
if it not to you liking or you feel worn out maybe its time to try something different.
listen to your body.

NOTE* if you quit that activity replace it with something else for 5 weeks and notice how your body feels and adapts.

Sometimes it's OK to quit.
