Don'T Diet



I have taken the advice from others in life and i never go on a diet! emoticon

More Information:

I made up my mind to just cut down on junk food, eat 5 or 6 small meals or snacks a day and drink some water. I lost 6 lbs. in a little over a week. This is before I joined Sparkpeople. I hope I can stay motivated and motivate others. Cheers!

  • I agree. Portion control and using the tracker to plan your meals keeps you in line. You can still treat your self every now and then just moderation and work it in to your calorie plan. It is a life change not a diet. - by CMORSE03
